Hi,

After having a look at this forum, I also ordered a customized bat from RNS and asked them to ship it to India. Once I sent then the address, there was no communication and the contact person isn't even picking phones/replying to emails about the tracking number. I did ask them to ship the bat to my India address and it has been more than two weeks with no reply/contact from their side.

They look like an ISO 9001 certified company but for real, how prompt and reliable are they?

They are very reliable, albeit very busy at the same time also.
Try to realize they have orders that include 100-1000 bats so keep your patience and you will get your bat when its ready.
Cricketking also had the same issue and he was sorted out, so dont worry mate and your bat will arrive and they will reply as well at their earliest.

I recently got a blank bat from Pakistan - it is a Grade 3 I would say, picked it up for £25 (will be used for a net bat)

Obviously someone bought it back for me, so I had did not have to pay for any shipping etc. Now I became curious to see if I could get my hands on a better quality blank bat here in the UK. Surprisingly UZI SPorts sell very decent G2 bats for £119 and G1 for £145. Asad the owner usually hand picks all his bats so the quality is pretty amazing.

G2 Example:

Anyway I thought I post this for anyone that is interested in getting something similar to what the OP has in England.
