CA use to make the "hi hit" model a lot wider than the legal allowance. This is around 10-12 years ago.

I see that CA Hi Hit is still available for sale on Amazon.
I will secure one if the width is really more than 108 mm

Always on the look for unique/illegal bats (not lams though).
