I think it was a scratchy net. I was a little lazy at times but I think that the backlift has helped A LOT, the open stance still feels a little unnatural but I think it'll be beneficial in the long run.

Your thoughts?

You went a little more open than I was expecting, about halfway between the two would work.

Your bat is still coming down in a bit of an arc, so when you are at home, practice bringing your bat down straight.

Other than that you are looking good, your timing is excellent.

I have been creating that diamond for a while now but looking back at the video it appears that I have lost that due to the other things I was working on. I've actually made some notes in my phone that I can read before I met to make sure I'm covering everything

Only thing I see is the backlift goes against the logic of AB De Villiers who says the bat shouldn't be pointing anywhere near the leg side behind the back, which limits a lot of things.
