Finally got around to switching my bags today. First impressions of the legend are that it is a lot more practical but can hold a lot less than the Supernova and it feels as though I will need to take an additional smaller GN bag for my kit.

@Calzehbhoy any chance of a few pics side by side as a comparison? I've a supernova which is great for games - I normally take a couple of bats, 2 pairs of shoes, batting stuff, clothing, balls and admin stuff and various supports (I'm dropping to bits). It's just rubbish for storing at home in a cupboard and a bit OTT for nets (so I use my B&S bought a couple of seasons ago).

I'm considering ditching the B&S plus supernova and replacing with the legend as I've reduced my kit somewhat so no need to stash bats etc.

Thanks

What are the top end pads like this year? Looking at the Predators and the Velocity XP, they look much of a muchness really?

Sure @Ams4287 , they aren't great pics but show the Legend being a lot thinner than the Supernova...

I've got 2x gloves, 1 x Batting Pads, 1x fielding pads, helmet, strippers, boots, 4balls, 3spare grips and some grip grip tape and mine feels pretty much full to the brim.

@Calzehbhoy .. is the shoe tunnel that massive pocket at the very bottom? SuperNova had it on the side which I found a bit annoying.

Yeah shoe tunnel at bottom on the front. You have the helmet section at the top that really is a helmet only section and another small section in front of that at the top that I can't really find a use for other than gripgrip & spare grips.

interesting..so sounds like the shoes do NOT get crushed by the rest of the kit (like every other duffle bag)?

I'd say they still will. The tunnel goes into the main storage compartment. If you carry 1xpads & 1xgloves only they won't, anything more and they almost certainly will.

You can move the pocket of the shoe section around so it is possible to not have your shoes crushed. I'm not sure why that is and issue anyway. I tend to get my shoes out as soon as I get to the ground and as soon as I get home to air them/clean them.
