Huge rumour Saj Mahmood will be playing against our ones this year, I'm in the twos so might avoid the big nose.

I suspect....he can still get in down an end pretty rapid when he wants to. this particular club we play against does have semi pro's or ex county players so I think the rumours may well be true

You are not officially allowed to pay anyone in our league so he must be doing it for the love of the game

A team in our area had Doug Bracewell and Adam Milne as overseas players a few years back, fair to say Milne was absolute gas

Best players I've played with are Ian Hunter, mark turner, Gary scott and James crosthwaite but best players I've played against has to be Marcus north, Tom Latham  and josh Philippe

My spin twin/opening batting partner this season at Uni is a guy who played Zimbabwe u19s, Walter Huchu.

Played against a few players who have been at Lancashire over the years Gary Keedy, Stephen Parry, Simon Kerrigan. Caught a young opening bat at mid wicket off a full toss just before he went on to make his test debut in India the following Winter, never been so nervous watching a ball come towards me. Also played against Wasim Jaffer as another test star.

I played against Gary Prattat u13, u15 and u18 level when he was playing for Hetton Lyons. Ali Zia was my clubs pro for a few years after he stopped playing for Pakistan and he was class. Not really played against but I remember watching Nixon McLean bowling while scoring when he played for Evenwood and my brother bowling Michael Bevan in a t20 cup game. Currently played against Danny Briggs and Brad Taylor in the last few years

Played with Ollie Pope a couple of years ago. Have also played against Tom Bruce, the new Zealander. Haven't really been playing at that high a standard for too long so might add to that list at some point
