when you see a team as poor as this youve gotta wonder how they have test status ahead of ireland.

the fact the england lost to them does not bode well! but we seem to bring it for the big teams, a good sign
Agreed, we didn't turn up against Bang + Ireland, and made hard work of Netherlands. However, look at who else we beat, and the situations in which we did: SA+WI, where the games were really tight, and we drew to India, with a run chase that barely any of us thought they'd get anywhere near!

Yes I reckon England could be in for one or two more nailbiters yet.

Out of all the teams, I would like to see SA win this competition!
England do not really 'deserve' to win it. And the Aussies have had more than their fair share!
I know that SA have choked in the past, but I feel they have the strongest all-round team from batters, bowlers and fielders. And strength in depth! Good luck to 'em!

The back up bowlers look good as well. I still think they are prone to choke.

They look a little too good as they have all bases covered

The first cricket box was used in 1874.  The first cricket helmet was introduced in 1974. So, it took 100 years for men to twig that their brains were also worth protecting.

gee.........who woulda thought........ I expected them to choke if they came up against us (Aust) but last night........ they really do suck.

good luck to the remaining teams, all would be worthy winners.  I would like to see england win but suspect one of the sub-continental teams will capitalise at home.
