Don't get too excited - it's my first go and will probably be terrible. At least the person I am making it for wants it 2lb 13oz so I don't have to do too much

Come on, have faith! Even if it is awful, a bat with 15 straight grains that's a performance cleft it can't be that bad can it?!? ???

If a Redback Performance bat isn`t significantly inferior and the difference is mainly cosmetic, then being on a bit of a budget maybe this is where I can find myself a good bat for the new season.
