Have a look on pakpassion forum, there are numerous threads highlighting how to spot fakes.

And for the sake of saving upto £50, it's best to get one from a uk shop, not fleabay. If you are unlucky that it breaks it can go back to the retailer.

so how can you tell the difference.


Can be very dificult to be honest some pictures of fakes I have seen I would not be able to tell. Like has been said pay the extra and use a reputable retailer. If you see a deal and it looks to good to be true it probably is.

Appreciate this thread is a little old but FYI CA now ‘carcode’ their higher end bats. (or the ones most likely to be copied).

You can go onto their website and punch in the code on the sticker for a certificate of authentication.
