Right now its looking like Australia and South Africa are the strongest teams followed by NZ- who are gelling together when needed   

Local pitches (bounce/swing) make India and Sri Lanka pretty ineffective (over reliance on batting/expensive shots). India should have never kicked in form M Vijay and get a hack like Binny in. Contrary to popular belief Dhoni is looking more liability then an asset to this team. Seems to be going through motions.

Pakistan have been looking weaker lately however they are always unpredictable! WI is not even playing their best XI. England are on a bit of a downward spiral and don't have the batting to win  tournament ( players look a bit disinterested/under confident lately).

NZ or SAF winning their first titles will be great but for me Australia will win  (v strong team and local conditions/crowds will help even more)

Teams with strong bowling line-ups will do well in NZ matches, I don't who is playing where and when but on NZ pitches teams like SA, Aus, NZ will be a handful additionally Pakistan (always a good bowling unit) and Srilanka will bowl well but struggle with their batting. India is a big unknown but knowing our bowling and how much our batting has struggled its going to be a big ask getting to semi's...Anderson will take a loads of wickets for Eng in NZ but if batting does not cope well then Eng won't go too far either.

England to do rubbish,scrape out of the group and get knocked out in the QF

I wouldn't rule England out. If the team clicks and they have some luck on their side, they can make it.
