Until the goods are in your possession it's the job of the seller to communicate with couriers on the safe delivery of your items :)

I had been contemplating contacting them as a last resort but I didn't really see this as their problem!

I'm not a complete mug, it was just obvious to me that the fault lay with the courier so decided to deal directly with them. Same result in the end.

Quite without warning, they arrived. Kudos to cricmart - there had obviously been a debacle with yodel because they were delivered by UKMail in the end, but sorted out seamlessly. I'd definitely use them again.

Review.... Well first up I'm afraid I'm going to have to sell them on.  @liscon12 you were right - they are a little small. I think I've got longer than average fingers but usually fine with men's gloves (I don't wear inners) but they are defimitely too tight.  With hindsight I wish I'd gone for large mens which are available on their website apparently.

If I'd got the right size I'd be well happy with them.  They are actually slghtly different to the ones reviewed by @WalkingWicket37. It should be clear from the photos here http://cricmart.in/ss-white/#PhotoSwipe1433534931541.

The main difference is to the style of the extra protection on the first 2 fingers of the bottom hand. It's a hard bent semi-circular tube, an not raised like @WalkingWicket37 's ones.  Not sure it's better or worse, just different.  All the other fingers have a kind of ribbed, slightly less heavy duty, fibre outer protection.  I haven't done the mallet test - i want to sell them as new! - but the protection seems very substantial.  Also they don't have a 'super test' logo on them. Completely plain except for the ss branding on the wrist and back of hte hand.

Think the right size will be very comfy - pittards palms, nice slightly fleecy inner lining on the back of the hand, plenty of mesh ventilation.  I usually get  gloves with foam protection and segmented fingers which I think are inherently more flexible, but I could grip a bat comfortably enough.

Overall excellent value, £35 including postage, still waiting to see if i get stung for import duty, but even if I do, they'll be a substantial saving on my last Pumas which at the time I thought were good value as last year's model, and really little to choose in terms of comfort, protection and quality.
