Have had a look on Youtube but with no luck.
Whats the best way to sand a concave back? Is there any electric sanders that can get in there or do you have to get stuck in with your hands?

If you don't have a drum sander, then by hand is probably the best way

You can wrap your sandpaper round a tennis balls which helps a fair bit

I've also found this sort of thing useful in the past

If you are doing it by hand, wrapping sandpaper with sponge (I had an old car sponge lying around that I use) works well.

I use a random orbital sander for my refurbs and while concaving is pain in the ass, I use the outer edge of the sander to work from edge to spine. It goes go against the rule of sanding along the grains but I find that I can still achieve a high quality finish.
