i think any pads need some time to be worn in, my purist 808s from 2004/5 are brilliant for me since they have moulded to my legs and i am so used to them

roco i have a pair of aero p1 which have been ok for me, great protection and fantastically light but the fit could be better an a little more shaped rather than so square. Im off to my friends shop soon and im going to try every single pair of pads possible to see if anything has changed. He stocks kook, puma,Adidas,gm,gn,salix, newbery, bradbury, slaz etc etc etc so I'm hoping to find something suitable if not a new pair of the Morrants International pads will get ordered.

Ive only ever used Mens RH and i'm quite tall.
Agreed with Dan, got my SPS pads last week and they are easily the best pads ive had, not too bulky and fit just right.

thats cool did not mean it to sound funny as everyone is different i'm prob used to the obo/aero stuff as have used the brand in hockey for years so got a pair as soon as they came out might have to upgrade soon as they are the original and phil did say there have been some improvements since mine never tried osm how much difference is there

I have gone through loads of pads and the only ones I was happy with were GM 909 from 2008, they lasted 2 seasons in my kit bag and that is a big statement of how much I loved them! But I grew out of them and sold them. Now trying to find the right pads before the season starts

anybody used australian willowwizzard pads they were very good also as perviously said i had ballistic 5000 australian version which were very good but i found the normal mens size a little to bulky so got some small mens and they fit like a slipper.

The pads i have found to be the best for me are my Shark Hammerhead's, which are similar to newbery pads
