in therory though most big bats make the ball go further...

i had one and in terms of quality and finish and craftmanship i thought it was very poor

in terms of rebound quality it was very good though(suppose this is the main thing)

once again was not a lightweight bat and if i asked for a 2lb 8oz i would not accept anything heavier and not a chance of it being 2oz heavier i would have it rapped up and back to him pronto

for a experianced batmaker he should not be doing this
The finish on this bat seems ok and is comparable to other bats we have bought in our family this season from warsop, salix and screaming cat. earlier this year I bought a Roman Jaques off Ebay - it looks great but is a plank  :-[.
I also bought an own label bat from my local cricket shop (£60) - the finish and the stickers were very poor but because it is a heavy bat the rebound is great.
This forum has a lot to answer for  :) prior to this year i had bought 2 bats in 10 years , I am up to 7 this season already 3 for me 3 for my son and 1 for my wife !

I already have 5 helmets!! How can anyone use 5!! I only have one sodding head!  :(
Haven't bothered counting or listing bats, but was up around 100, but think I may have managed to somehow sell 5 or so?
Does that mean I'm on the way to bataholic recovery??

I think to prove he'd fully overcome his affliction the bats would have to be donations as oppose to sales :p
