i like these ones: http://www.prodirectcricket.com/Products/ASICS-Gel-Strike-Rate-White-Navy-Red-Asics-Mens-Cricket-Shoes-9982.aspx

chose the Gel advance 2's as they look lighter. Still think i'm gonna field/bowl in my old pumas tho

Interesting reasoning. The whole point of these is that they feel like you are wearing trainers! They're that light.

To be honest, I don't think I need 2 pairs. The Gel Gully's will do nicely I think

I dont really like bowling in spikes. I suppose i could just put the rubbers in

I'll explain better: last season i just wore my puma which were just rubber soled. But i kept slipping when batting so i bought a pair of spikes to aid running between the wickets really lol

When I used to bowl was always full spike.

Bat in rubbers if possible or halfs if damp

You must bowl spin then... I slip too much if I don't wear spikes.

The only problems i've had are turning when running between the wickets. I doubt i'll bowl much next season anyway  ;)

Definitely true in 45 over matches for me, but for T20, found that the lows are fine.
