johans is a good suggestion, go to the chairman or skipper. no way a decent club would approve behaviour like that.good luck hope u work things out

And Morgan, if he isn't that great you guys can just send him away...don't understand why someone would bowl like that in a net unless I asked them...though once I annoyed a mate by pinging a throwdown into his ankle with my RB so he bounced me all net session...but that was banter. :)

yeah theres a difference between friendly banter and then trying to hurt someone its like in a game you can expect bouncers sometimes cause thats competative but in a net your meant to be playing for the same side

Exactly. If this is a club you really like, then go and speak to the chairman or your skipper, or an elder member of the club. That kind of behaviour in a net is like that of a hooligan, and it should not go unpunished just out of fear mate. If everyone doesn't like him he can't stay for long I should hope 8)

1, Speak to the committee, tell them everything.
2, If you get the same problem then do in all seriousness stand your ground, you will always find a kn@b in each team and you will gain nothing by moving away.
3, Never headbutt someone, it is the signature move of the coward, had it happen a few times to me on the rugby pitch and in bars and every exponent of this attack has been a snidey gutless coward. Make a fist and aim it at him....

I have always preferred the roundhouse to the punch.

Must more spectacular if you pull it off. Emphasis on 'if'

I nut people and can assure you iam no coward. (well in my younger days that is too old now)

I prefer to the side hand chop under the nose tend to stun them then it just wham bang...

But in truth it is a bloody game this guy needs to seriously get a grip.

And some of your team mates too if they saw this happen and he is new to the club you must question some of them

i think as he is a good batsman and we need some they will do what they can to keep hold of him even if it means kssing his ass!

Try and make peace and point out to him, along with other people, that he shouldn't be trying to injure people before the season, quite a hard situation you seem to be in here really... :(
