Custom made bats.
« on: March 14, 2011, 05:45:26 PM »

As I said in my earlier post about Redback bats I`m currently recovering from a shoulder operation. However the more I get into this forum and read more threads about other makers the more difficult It`s going to get. Anyway at least I`ve got a bit of time to make my mind up. Warsop. H4L, Redback, Bulldog, Advantage etc. I can see I`m going to get confused here.

Definitely spoilt for choice here mate. Wherever you go you will be taken care of very well no doubt, but I would suggest that you keep an eye out for any special deals (eg. Laver and Instinct's offers of 2 bats for the price of 1 effectively atm!)
Hope that helps...hope the shoulder recovers quickly too!

Thank you fellas, yes I can see I will be spoilt for choice on here. I will have a look at those offers. As for my injury I have recently had ny biceps tendon re-attached to my shoulder, the surgeon was a big cricket fan and reckons I could be ok for the start of the season. As for how I damaged it I wish you never asked. First game last year was rained off and after a few beers arm wrestling seemed a good idea at the time. Oh well, there,s no fool like an old fool eh.

Thanks Ayrtek, As I dont bowl these days and will be captain of the 2,s I shall no doubt be able to hide myself in the slips to get round the throwing problem. Other than that though did your arm recover well ?. And thanks to the boys from Instinct, I will be in touch soon.
