Here is my new BAS VAMPIRE BOW 20/20 LE which I bought from Asad's son (Uzi) who had this specially made by BAS for him and the profile is based on Tendulkar's bats.









Specs are:
Weight : 2.8 with fantastic pick up and perfect balance
Ping: like a rocket, although I have still to knock it in fully but great so far!
Grains: 14 grains, half heartwood
Edges: 34-35mm
Profile: based on Tendulkar's shape

So far this bat is fantastic, the ping and pick up are very impressive and I cant wait to use it!

How would you describe that profile to a custom bat maker?

most of the top bat makers like Tim, Julian, James Laver are familiar with the profile sued by Sachin as they all at some point have either made or done a bit of work on his willow.

with other not so well known bat makers, it will be a test of your skill and their understanding. Best would be to get photos of "the" bat itself from various angles and  send it to the bat maker.....
