I ahve a pair of Kookaburra Kahuna mayhems for sale and never had a problem with gloves catching against them with my previous pair. Thses pads are brand new and let me know if you want pics. Hope this helps,

I've tried the top of the range Newbery's on and they seem pretty neat, light and comfortable.  The top hat clings close to the leg and feels great to wear, I would firmly recommend them.

cant recommend these enough

http://www.custombats.co.uk/cbforum/index.php?topic=26.0

the top hat cane construction means they wrap around the thigh really well, and once on they look the part and sit low on your foot.

these are 2008 pads tho, the 2009 909 pads have a traditional top hat construction

i've found most pumas are ok except for the flextechs.  make sure you get pads that fit ok aswell, even slightly to big and you'll catch your gloves more often

The Newbery GT has the best fit for a small and angled top hat.

Chrissy! i have no problem with you! just the fact you seem to take my comment badly i ment im taking my cricket v.seriously so the price isnt an issue the other thing was about weight training in which you were blatently and obvioustly wrong and i told you so. Therefore you either use this forum in the search for arguments or you cant accept being wrong.
