Easier just to keep a spare pair of gloves I'd think.

cheaper and space saving on the bag to have the extra inners IMO

Definately cheaper, but I don't think an extra pair of gloves is likely to be a dealbreaker with anyones kitbag.

I'm a heavy sweater (dont know why as I am fairly fit, but oh well) so inners are essential for me. I used to always wear full finger ones but the season just gone by, I changed to fingerless ones. They keep your palms dry and you can hold the bat better because your fingers are free to grip the bat directly.
