removal of knots in shoulders
« on: April 13, 2011, 08:39:34 AM »

Hello,
Had our first outdoor training last might and with all the bowling and fielding drills I woke up this morning with 2 massive knots in my right shoulder, they kill.
How the eff do I get rid of them?
