I went down to coach the juniors tonight, set up an awesome warm up. Then it all got very dark and the wind pick up. We have had thunder lightening and heavy rain ever since!

Had to call the training off.

Batted at 5 for the ones, got 51 and ran my partner out on 49 . Were currently 160-6 from about 35 on a pitch turning square

We avoided the rain to start with and were 100-1 on a horrible soggy wicket! I put on 80 odd with our number 3 who then got out an we had a mini collapse. We were 140-5 when I was out for 38 and then recovered to 189-9 with 3 overs left and then the rain came down.

We then stayed off an the game was abandoned. Can't count my 38 towards my average now! Would have averaged 27 after today but I'll have to stick on 18 for the time being

Didn't go too well, we had 10 players today which was an improvement on last week(We had 9 then...) and were put into bat, our top 3 put on a good amount and we were on about 95/2 after 24 overs, a quick collapse occurred and we ended all out 120, I came in at number 6 and put a quick 8 runs on the board but even that was more runs than most of the batsmen around me... We took 6 of their wickets and then dropped their number 7 batsmen twice in a row, so really the game could have been so much different...

Won our game racked up 285 for 5 declared in 46 overs. Finished on 16 not out and put on 30 with our opening bat seeing him to his ton, he batted through the innings to end on 101 not out.

Bowled them out for less than 100. Didn't bowl due to trying to rush through overs so spinners did all the work.

Bowled them out for 142 I got 3-27 off 7.
And got them 9 down, we had our usual collapse and made things harder than we should have Haha, but overall a good game considering it hammered down all morning and it being 35  overs a side.
