Season started really well with my first 50 for my club, 59*, came in at 50 odd for 5 in the twelfth over and walked off at the end of the innings with a club legend who batted at number 11 with me from the 30th to the 40th over to allow me to get my 40
First league game we bowled them out for 56 and I opened and scored 6, we had 10 overs before tea so thought I'd have a bit of a slog and it didn't come off. Then the next day I came in with 15 needed to win and scored seven in complete darkness before skying one. At the weekend I got a catch and should have had 2 stumpings but their teamates didn't give it, got a catch in the end though. Then I came out and opened and got 10 off of about 15 overs before I nicked off to gulley of a 6 foot  7 left armer who took 5 for 22 in the end

Fair play, when you had to bowl 15 overs in the blazing sun against us last year I sensed you weren't too happy with things! Looks like they are struggling without you. Good luck with the new club, plenty of people to get tips from there!

Yeah, was the year above him. Saw him at the test match on Sunday, caught the train with him. Been trying to get him to play for us

Barry's coming back from a 3 month tour of Asia next week.

Leigh didn't enjoy it much so has gone off to Ayrtek's lot.

Yea I saw he was playing at YM which is why I asked, seem to have been a few interesting changes of allegiance this year.

We have many members who are qualified coaches who have helped out. Still not winning that many games though lol. I'm gutted I'm 4 days too old to play for our 17s :L

Things go from bad to worse. Went at 9 an over off 4 overs with 4 dropped catches and got 1 before being caught at cover inches off the ground. Oh well.

Got 3 wickets for 5 runs in a tidy spell in T20 spell tonight. Runs hopefully tomorrow night and on Sat!
