I did play for Botany Bay last season. Hadley Wood Green hire their back pitch for Sunday games. It had some reasonable bounce in it last year and long square boundaries...

Aha, cheers mate! Is that the one with the well? Or the one across the road with the watchtower?
Hopefully I can do well as got 110* against them a month ago... :D

Saw your scorecard Canners, well done mate, good win and a good knock. Hope some of my 'hints' made an influence  ;) Did 'Wenty' manage to bowl any bouncers? lol

Although i'm still injured, my team got 315-9 from 50 overs
Oppos all out for 180 from 36 overs.

Ahhh - cracking game yesterday. I captained our Academy XI (full of kids) and we chased down 205 in the final over to win! Cracking game and yours truly managed a double wicket-maiden to boot!

Today I hit a 140 metre six while using my mate's instinct. Off the back foot, holding the bat upside down and with one eye closed, into a headwind of 72.3mph.

I believe it is the shortest 6 ever recorded using an instinct bat :D

Ian is already on the board, but he needs to update his top 5 innings...;)
