Do you think this is anything to worry about?

Bought the Joker a few months back and have fully knocked it in. Applied a toe guard but it came off last night in nets.

I think its nothing to worry about just wondered what everyone else thinks.

Now seen the picture. Was it bought brand new or off someone who sold it to you with a fitted toe guard?

Don't think you should be too worried. Were the crack from front to back then that could well be worse, but what you have there isn't really a crack, more of a delamination of wood fibres.

I bought the bat brand new. As I said knocked it in and applied a toe guard myself. How do people reccomend fitting the toe guards.

Really, nothing to worry about in this instance. Just one of the joys of making something from a natural material.

Delamination happens inside the face, this is just from tapping down and hitting the toe, glue if worried, me I'd leave it alone.

i get that quite a bit mate nothing to worry about at all i get it off indoor surfaces and sometimes artificials.

My advice is either glue it or reapply a toe guard you would not want water going up it on a damp pitch..
