Looking for a new kit, something different.
« on: April 25, 2011, 04:56:20 PM »

Hi all, been watching a while and thought it was about time i signed up and started posting.

Anyway am after a whole new kit; bat, pads, gloves. I have used salix for the past few years and have now found they are getting a bit too commen and i would like to go back to having something a bit different to everyone else.

Been looking at SAF, woodstock, redback and H4L. Any comments on the bats and softs would be greatly appreciated.

Can only comment on the H4L bats mate, I have the Monster 666 and Hatorri and they are both very very good. Softs wise, I use Hawk Pro stuff, on their website.

Other than that, have a sniff around fella and welcome to the fourm

I like redback bats and gloves. They are very nice but I don't like the pads.

If you were going to go for a full kit from any of those, I would go for SAF

Cheers for the responses guys! Do love the look of woodstock its just i have been told by a few friends that the bats are just re-stickered newberys?! As my current bats have been made to my specs by Andrew at Salix, i am looking for someone that can do the same.
