Hello guys,
I'm having a video analysis net later and wondered has anyone else had one and found it help them improve for game situation?

Does work helps you see what you are doing well + not so well.

Helps you see for yourself rarther than a coach just telling you.

Had it done about 10 years ago when invited for a session with David Gurr

Hopefully do some at our club soon

Yeah I find them very helpful. As packman said you can see what you do well and not so well. And it really gives you an understanding of what you need to be doing and you also see things that may not be picked up on at normal speed. It also helps if you want to do coaching in the future because you pick up on skills needed for a certain area of the game.
