Well I have the iPhone weather app and has always served me well so will believe that thunder is coming but not too much rain till tonight

I think that will be the saving grace for many grounds today is the complete lack of rain recently. It will just get sucked up into the pretty dry ground and with some decent temperatures plus a warm wind, alot of cricket will get played.
