GN Xiphos - broken strap

i've got a lovely pair of Gray Nicholls Xiphos wk pads and one of the straps has snapped. I don't want to swap them as they're so light and comfortable, does anyone have any ideas on how to repair? I suppose I could get a strap off an old pair, or maybe GN would repair them for me if I sent them back?

key is how long have u had them? if you only just got them, then a full refund would be expected. if you've had them a long time, then you may need repair/new pair.  :(

they're not new! i'm not after a refund just want to be able to keep using them.

just thought i'd mention that i emailed Gray Nicolls about this. they kindly offered to send me a replacement strap and Mama has agreed to sew it on for me :) good as new!
