I think I'm more chilled with it although I'm very laid back anyways! I find I wake up fresher than when I'm not wearing it, but I do tend to wake up earlier with it on tho.

If it makes 1% difference it'll be worth the investment

There has never been any medical evidence to support any of the claims these Trion Z bracelets make......it's all in your head. Get your local vicar to bless a shoelace and tie that around your wrist, it will have the same effect. And you won't get laughed at for having been suckered in by it. The only top sportsmen who wear them are paid to.....'nuff said!  :D  :D

I agree with everyone else!
It works for me whether or not there is anything proven... I feel better wearing it, so I shall continue to wear it.

think there are a fair few types, normal two strap sorta ones, "broadband" ones, and a few others. go with the normal one!

Your right, the placebo effect IS medically proven! If you think it works then that does have an effect on you. But that is all it is. Flippin' great idea, I wish I could think up something like that! £15 for a bracelet that doesn't do anything but marketed to make you think it does! hmmmmm maybe some 'batting glasses' with weird colour lenses that make you hit the ball further? Any takers? And that's MY idea! Don't nick it!  :D :D

I feel it worked initially, but maybe I'm getting used to them, but the effect is less noticeable. I definitely slept a lot better for a couple of weeks.

I have found Pro-FeC capsules. They contain ferro-magneto particles and you need to take one per day. They  improve your health by helping to align your anionic oxidants, creating a calmer, more focussed you.

When used prior to undertaking a sporting activity, your performance increases and your ability to function under pressure dramatically improve.

If anyone wants to know more, let me know.
