Won tonight in bloody awful weather, cold, wet, raining for large parts of the game. Oppo got 129 ao - about 20 more than they should and we did it for 8 down with 9 balls left. We were 35-4, before recovering to 98-4 and then collapsing again to 114-8!

Doubt many teams got a full game tonight. We came off twice for rain and finished at 9.15!

We've been averaging around 190 so far, and often bowling them out for 110-130. Managed a few wickets last night

Won another tight can last night . Stumbled along to 139 ao off 19.5 and the oppo appeared to have things under control at 83-1 off 12. However, the odd wicket with a couple of tight overs and panic set in, for us to win by 5 runs.

Golden rule of t20, try and get ahead of the rate if you can, it's never as easy for the next bat in.

Experience counted last night, we've played alot of t20 and held our nerve. Off to Headingley tonight for a t20 celebration.

Hows everyone else getting on?.

We played on friday and won in great style. Ilford posted 140-8 in their 20 overs. We got it with the loss of 2 wickets in 12 overs.

I've been playing for 4 weeks, 4 games and 4 victories, we've set more than 150 every game and defended it too less than 120 every time :)

Playing in the Kent Powerplay League, five team double round-robin format, using the brightest orange balls I've ever seen. Even in fading light you could pick it out against the greenery in the background.

love the orange balls, by far the best bit of kit for evening cricket.
