Might make it harder to remove the grip meaning their fairly distinctive grip remains on the bat longer?

I wondered when these would come up in conversation.

They are halfway to being the next fad brand here. They are from overseas, now all they have to do is double their prices and we will be lapping them up!

My Solitaire had glue on the string under the grip. It did stop it moving for a lot longer than other bats that I've had.

drop of superglue at bottom of grip where it joins the wood... job done
