Shame you can't pick a specific weight. Still far cheaper than Fusion's though I believe, and similar in price to the Warsop.

I don't think Fusion even bothered marketing and selling theirs, was really a thing just for the pro's. I think most of the county's had a couple off them, but other than that they were always going to be too expensive to manufacturer and still make a profit on.

I have the Newbery one, I thought they were out last season when I got mine but maybe its for this season. Contact me if you want one, should be able to do a good price.

It is about 2.7 and is English willow, heavy cleft and used it a bit but not as much as I should have.

Do Newbery custom make any of these or is it just as they are - with the view to getting a bat and a middling bat to match?

They have made a batch for the shops but could sort out one to weigh the same as a match bat.
