As spring has sprung, and we have a glorious sunny morning down here on the south coast, I thought I would unbox a few of the bats in my collection and get some photos of them. Unfortunately, my photography skills are nothing compared to some on here, but I thought I would share some photos of a Gunn & Moore Maxi Original I picked up recently. On the scales, this one comes in at 2lb 14oz, but with a lovely thick oval handle, it picks up really well.

The photos have come out a little 'sun kissed', but still show off one of my favourite bats in excellent condition!

As it is Friday, I thought I would post a couple of photos of a bat that arrived this morning. Having collected and stupidly sold the set a few years ago, I was back on the hunt and I have managed to pick up two or three of the fibreglass/graphite range in the last month or so. I will do some photos of them all once they have arrived and I have tided them up, but for the time being, enjoy!

Yeah, I was always envious of people with V100, V500 or V600 5 Star or Ultimate bats!

A couple of my 2021/22 purchases.  I'm amazed at the increase in what bats are going for in Australia.  Easily twice what they were going for a year or so ago.

I never see V Carribeans or Kookaburra Supremes come up.  I wanted the older style Supreme (Dean Jones) but I'll make do with this one for now..
