Here is my 2 new bats:

SS Yuvi SPL Yuvraj shape, apparently the guy who I bought it from says its made from Gold edition willow and is based on Yuvraj shape, says on back sticker (SPL. Shape Yuvraj Shape).

Specs for SS TON:
Weight: 2.9, very good pick up and balance
Ping: tap it with a mallet, still pings like a bullet but still to oil and knock it in yet!
Grains: 14 grains inside heartwood which I love!
Edges: 38mm!! so much meat for its weight!!! the biggest ive seen from SS!!
Profile: based on Yuvraj's shape

BAS VAMPIRE BOW 20/20 LE which I bought from Asad's son (Uzi) who had this specially made by BAS for him and the profile is based on Tendulkar's bats.

Specs for BAS BOW 20/20:
Weight : 2.8 with fantastic pick up and perfect balance
Ping: like a rocket, fully knocked in and is at the very best level...I'd say this one and SS are the same in terms of ping!
Grains: 14 grains, half heartwood
Edges: 34-35mm
Profile: based on Tendulkar's shape









So far both bat is fantastic, the ping and pick up are very impressive and I cant wait to use it!

usually the profiles of them are just weird and just look wrong, but thats a monster, a bat to be proud of!

How does the SS pick up - looks awesome! I prefer hearwood on the outsde edge, but I'm left handed so that bat is still perfect for me!

The pick up on SS is awesome.....it currenly weighs over 2.9 but on pick up its soo light like 2.4/5 - I am planning to remove the stickers in few days as im not a big fan of the one that are on just now.
