I must get you pics of your Chertsey CC 'sponsored player' - despite the fact that he looks like a complete dill.

His heart is in the right place (even if his facial features aren't).

Such a nice way to describe your team mate Bruce.

Try opening up your stance a bit more, A little more back lift and also bring your right arm in closer to your body... That's from what i can see in your pics but that doesn't give me a great deal to work with... Any questions feel free to ask :)

it isn't your stance that is the issue, it is your grip. Your bottom hand is too "strong" and strangling your shots, which is why you almost certainly play across the line too often and struggle to hit the ball through extra cover and mid-off

Not sure that was a ball to play back to either. ;)

Yeah I was gonna mention earlier that your stance looks good in my opinion, feet nicely spaced apart and weight distribution looks fine :) But your backlift does look pretty low in 2 of the pics, so judging by those few photos your backlift looks the main problem but it's quite an easy problem to fix :)

Just my opinion, I'm no Duncan Fletcher mind..... :D

looks ok mate hands need to be more central in the pick up and in shot one maybe a little bit of bend in that front leg mate but your actual stance looks fine....

Now that's a proper-sized cricketer!

None of this whippet-thin stick-insect nonsense!

Too bloody true!  I love pulling on my baselayer and seeing it stop around my belly button!!

You sir are a proper club cricketer.

When I pull on my baselayers, I look like the planet Saturn, with the bit where they don't meet round my belly acting as the rings!

I am identified as a cricketer by my size. I'm a spin bowler who likes to give it a thump with the bat, and loves his tea!
