Kook pads are the best pads I've ever used. It's a blank CA weighs next to nothing and feels lovely.

Well spotted mate, it is indeed! And yes I do know Ian Clarke, played with him a few times as I was first getting into League cricket.

I work with him in Portsmouth. Top bloke.

We are both two 50 some things who used to compare Saturday league performances on a Monday morning - Ian had usually taken a few wickets and I was sometimes fortunate enough to score some runs.

I think he stills plays for your 3rds / 4ths - I stop playing for Bishops Waltham in 2007 as my knees and ankles can only last 80 overs on a week-end.
