I think the next mongoose bat should be called the phoenix... very confident the brand will return in some form or other.
unfortunately I don't have any inside info though.

Think the brand will die, but the technology survive.

Well we know they went into administration, however, the website is still selling bats, so I wonder if it is a pre-pack, as suggested by kingpair previously. A call to the Mongoose phone number confirms that they are still selling them.

No. The brand, designs and IP can be bought.

If they are still selling product as suggested then either the brand has been pre-packed or the administrator is trading the business in a "trading administration" whilst the buyer is sought.

If it was being traded by the administrator they would be oblidged to advertise the fact on the website etc so I would suggest it has been prepacked.

The SIP16 document should be released very shortly giving us more details of the prepack.

No. Too many small brands, doing the same thing buying bats from the same places. Industry doesn't need another boring company.

It is a real shame, but it was clear from day one that it would either me a massive success or a massive failure. Radical brands in whichever field rarely tend to just tick over.

Good luck to those involved.
