« on: July 04, 2011, 02:02:34 PM »

Looking to put a new grip onto my bat but don't know which are the best ones on the market as I haven't put a new one on for a couple of years now

I imagine that the argument will be that the Lekka Combi Grips sold were not actually Lekka Combi Grips.

Who did you purchase the grip/grips from ? If the grip is stamped XTRAX then it is legit and of the highest quality (as use by International Cricketers).

I am pretty sure I bought them from a former Lekka Supplier on the forum. The quality of the grips is very good but they don't have a stamp as the ones on your website do and thet are just one colour (white) rather than the black and white ones you do now.
Are they genuine, I assumed they were because of who I got them from, but you will almost certainly say not, but they are good enough for me as I am only a club player and not an International Cricketer... !

I cannot confirm if the grips you purchased were/are genuine. You will need to check that with the person/persons who sold you the grips. All I know is that grips stamped with XTRAX are legal and legitimate. (btw, club cricketers also play International Cricket).
