Sore Calves

Hey guys my calves seem to really hurt whenever i run. esp bad when bowling. any help would be great thanks :D

Its increased pressure within anatomical compartments in your lower leg. Its unlikely to be chronic compartment syndrome if its your calves that's bothering you.  They tend to be anterior aspect. The other thing to think of is claudication but again not likely if both your calves are in pain at the same time. Could be muscular maybe due to bad footware. Difficult to diagnose without examination. See if rest for few weeks helps  :)
