I have so much work on at the moment but TMS is on the headphones. If I put Sky Player on, I have no chance of doing anything today

So, if you are an Indian fan and want to see them batting, you can come back on Day 3 and 4 to see them bat for two consecutive innings. I am an Indian fan and it pains."

Brilliant comment from Ravi Shastri

We've won the toss and will bat first.

Kumar out with injury and RP Singh will come in...shame really is Kumar is a top bloke by all accounts!

Yeah I really like him, pretty good bowler, always tries his heart out, tough when he bats and has even started to play some sublime shots!! :D

Interesting to see how Strauss copes with RP Singh though..

Well it's downhill from here. Sky Player on, CBF on, all I need is a few cold beers!

You know where I am if you need me!

Would have preferred to see Sehwag batting and injecting a bit of excitement into a lacklustre performance from India so far. England should hammer them again and 4-0 will go down as one of the best England results in years.

The great thing in hitting is, not to be half-hearted about it; but when you make up your mind to hit, to do it as if the whole match depended upon that particular stroke.

I can only ever remember Strauss wearing that same GN lid over the years, must be a favourite.
The Albion he is using now has a huge wide grill, he might struggle adjusting to this.

He used a Masuri when playing for Somerset in the warm up game and seemed to do alright then...

It's tragic that I remember that
