I agree, it seemed stupid to risk an injured player and your main bowler for a few runs, Strauss can be so negative at times.

India are an absolute shambles at the moment at 45 for 4. Only thing worth waiting is for Sachin to get a ton.
England should wrap this up today, what a hammering.

Not been a particularly good game so far for India. Wouldn't have expected them to be 45-4.

Does raise questions about whether England's run scoring was more about the lack of Indian bowling rather than anything else.

It would be very harsh to drop Bresnan for Tremlett now, maybe they pick all 4 and leave out trott if he is injured?

You can't really go messing with the balance of the side just because all your bowlers are going well though. Possibly worth considering if Swann is out but there's no way we need five bowlers the way their all going, especially once we're 2-0 up.

True but then which one do you leave out? Tremlett who's looked threatening every time he's bowled?

You've also got to think Trent bridge is a swing ground so it was probably good fortune tremlett got injured but it's a quandary as you have broad wickets and runs bresnan wickets and runs tremlett wickets plus looked threatening Finn wickets

It's a good place to be
