My new bat PICS ADDED
« on: July 26, 2011, 04:57:46 PM »

I have a new bat coming, and as it has become the done thing, decided to start a thread on it a day before it arrives. Never fear, whether there is interest or not, I won't give up bumping it daily until the it reaches it's 4th page.

It will be lightweight and traditionally profiled. I just can't get excited about big edges and concaving. I hadn't heard of the maker before but someone was kind enough to mention them to me. Actually, I can't even remember the blokes name. I'll add that later (ah good, my first senior moment at the age of 27). I think those that like pretty bats will like it, it's a nice looking piece of willow.

Anyway, pics to follow tomorrow.

an award winning oxfordshire based podshaver... it is one of two new bats I'm holding out for. the other I'm not sure about at the moment.

To put it short yes. I don't think this topic is where it should be discussed though. Ask me anything via pm if you want.

All shall be revealed tomorrow Dave, but I don't think it will be your cup of tea at all.
