Cutting the shoulders

whats the best way to cut the shoulders of a cleft? currently squared and need shaping then blending.
had suggestions of jigsaw, holesaw and router. whats the best?

doesnt it need to be a bit more hardcore than that bearing in mind you have to cut through quite a chunky piece of willow?

Just be carefull using fretsaw or jigsaw as they will wander a bit,i would get it nearly there then use a half round rasp (like a file for wood) to get it to final shape
