does everybody know what I am talking about. All england test players have pants wripped at bottom. Does anybody know what this is for?

They are not ripped, they are probbaly just zipped or have poppers

Probably to enure the trousers are not too tight around the ankle

 Not a hard one to work out really, use your loaf

Try searching for something shanks - not hard mate. These are poppered to the ankle
