Thanks for the photos Marcus. The gloves are the cleverest innovation after SAF Hades. I wonder why no one came up with such a solution earlier.

EDNA is pure, and shall remain so... I'm not putting SAF on her as she was just homework and something i fell in love with. I made another Gertrude who is up in Derby, but EDNA is jus my experiment and a dead cert for the cup games and t20 this year.

Match bat though is the Hades... as you can see she has already been peppered by our resident south african and his relentless efforts to remove my head!! ha ha... good luck with that!! PULL!!! 

Any chance of sharing pics of Gertrude? my wife is getting suspicious as I keep saying how lovely Edna looks and I would like to hold her and play with her

Anybody know if the towel thumb on the SAF glove is slightly padded?

If its like M&H then it will be thick. Quite thicker than leather which is on gloves usually
