I'd love to try one of those illegal kooks! ;)

I had the beast with the carbon back but sold it to the second team captain and hes scored lots with it and its superb, should of kept it but thats life.

The Line-up: Faces!

From L-R...
Hunts County Rapide (basically same shape as a Mjolnir) 2'11
Mongoose MMi3 Super Premium (apparently previously owned by pro - proper rocket, especially when the wicket or bowlers are slow) 2'9
Laver & Wood Ultra (got a few bruises!) 2'8
Hell4Leather Hattori (my wet weather/lend to team-mates bat!) 2'11
TK Performance Lam (Stickered with M&H Retro stickers - I trimmed this down from 2'12 to 2'10 and shifted the middle up changed the bat completely, super moveable and super solid in the shot) 2'10
M&H Distinction (2010 model, recently acquired and refurbed, looks and feels like new, a great example of the bat, admittedly bought as a colectors piece, though it's certainly not staying clean for long!) 2'10
M&H Distinction (2011 model, aka 'Boris', when my eye in and feeling confident is in this is literally unstoppable). 2'11
M&H Amplus (Own up, I acquired this out of curiosity, and a real clubber of a bat...the middle is huge and long and wide. If the bounce is true and high, this turns every connection into boundary time) 2'13
M&H Master (Pics do the talking ;) ) 2'14
Screaming Cat Series 3 2'10
Screaming Cat Series 1 2.12 (Only used these tentatively in nets - they were purchased with the request that the wood would be here for a long time, not just a good time, and I can't deny that when I received them I was expecting better grainage for my money, though the playing of them is just...and this is no hyperbole...unbelievable. Almost too unbelievable. I know it's the 'norm' to write a gushing review from even just a few shadow shots, though the ball comes off these throughout the face with the sort of rebound that seems to defy physics. To be honest I'm not convinced there's been some special shortcut that they haven't been pressed or something and I expect them to start cracking any time soon. They're just too good! So want to play them for a bit - I just don't believe the sort of performance they were born with can possibly last!

Few more pics...

The Profiles...

Angled...

All dressed up in sleeping bags!...

In the bag (showing 5 in the custom 'batcave' modifcation that sews in a hard plastic tub (from B&Q) in the bottom of an M&H double decker bag)...(it fits/looks/works a lot better than the pic shows)

Now top half with rest of kit (inc WK and custom aero strippers incorporating box with straps)...

All packed up, ready to go, leaving 4 poor soldiers behind!...

And finally...Here's my 'modded' Aero Strippers/box combo - Allows the strippers to be worn over shorts or under trousers, and removes the requirement for special 'box' briefs or addons whilst keeping it exactly where it needs to stay!...

Only thing to be added is a white helmet...

That's an incredible collection, Dan - well done! And I second what you say about the Screaming Cats - having knocked them in for you, I know they are both absolute beauties - unbelievable ping!!

I've never used M&H and at the moment I couldn't afford to :S but they do look class, and the accessories look awesome too.

Those Scat bat covers look pretty sweet too

Just saw them and Dan they are amazing! Love them! As Rob said where do you keep getting those 2010 models Distinction from?!

Those Screaming Cat looks lovely, but is it me or what that Series 1 (on right in profile pictures) seem to have lower swell compared to Series 3 on left?

The M&H ones are peanuts compared to the Scats.... ;)
