If you got the LE bat and also a pair of pads from H4L as well you would get a free pair of gloves as part of their deal

They both make bats far better than you or I are as players.

How can you relate how good a bat is to how good a player is?

Surely it's the players ability to score the runs and make the bat look good, there's probably a 10-20% at which the bat gets the runs by comparing a high grade bat to a lower grade bat.

With respect, whichever bat you go for from those you have shortlisted would be fit for test level cricket. It won't make any difference to how many runs you score if you go for H4L or Redback.

At the end of the day its a matter of which stickers u prefer. You will get both bats the way you want them and they will both perform brilliantly

Hit the nail on the head there Johnny.
You'll get a cracking bat either way, and if you want a bat to your very own specs it will just essentially be the difference in the cleft that is the main difference.

H4L is £325 for your whole kit, and the softs are nice. I have the gloves and love them, not used the pads but I've heard good things about them. Bats are crackers.

Again, with Redback, you hardly ever go wrong, and the softs are nice, though some have been sold on due to people not liking the design. You will get a fantastic bat once again.

Depends on the choice of stickers, I'd say H4L are more 'funky' and Redback more subtle and traditional.

Perhaps ask for a sponsorship discount from both companies and see what they say...what standard do you play mate? (Instead of the good player/bat debate... ;) )

Also, if you're not concerned about looks of the bat, A H4L devil could be the way to go - uknsaunders has one, I used to have one, and mine was a good bat, as I think is Nick's. :)
