i think i have picked Dernbach's slower ball ....  he has a small movement at the start of his run up. he basically shoves the ball in his fingers when he ISNT doing a slower ball/variation ball

check it out and see if this is accurate

He's not using a lam guys he just has such quick wrists and hands. Think they are laminated onto his arm though.....
