I love the fact that if the umpire gets a decision wrong from an Indian point of view it gets replayed from every angle, pieterson gets a shocker and we get a crappy nearly side on replay and hawk eye being available but not for us to see Laughable such a shame for a great cricketing nation to be run by a bunch of idiots!

What the (No Swearing Please)? Pietersen reprimanded for showing dissent.
To quote cricinfo: "15.5
Raina to Pietersen, OUT, 57.9 mph, he's given him! Pietersen swivelled into a reverse sweep but missed the ball and was struck on the pad. Raina was bowling round the wicket, however, and this looked to have pitched outside leg. But he's got to go, and to his credit he does so without complaining. Is there still hope for India? "

Yep, lost 50% of his match fee for laughing and shaking his head. He also pleaded guilty.

Ridiculous, surely the umpire should be fined for giving a wrong decision!

That is ludicrous! It was an appalling decision, that umpire was poor throughout - Bopara had Pathan plumb in front of middle, not given! Pietersen IMO showed no dissent other than a shake of the head and a smile, harmless reaction.

That's a complete and utter joke.

He didn't start swearing at the umpire, the laughed at the situation but took the decision and left.

If they were going to fine KP for anything, it should have been for arguing with the umpire in the 1st innings when he didn't give Pathan out when he was plumb.

That umpire was awful, to be fair the umpiring in the series has not been great with a lot of England players seemingly getting triggered.

And then the host broadcaster won't show the replays of those dismissals >:(

Why does the last bit come as a surpise Johan? It's the BCCI who are in charge of broadcasting...
And remember they don't like reviewing decisions!

Yeah that bit wasn't a surprise, just a general moan. Also, the SL/Pakistan test has had a fair few shockers in it, they're not using DRS there for some reason..

Got to the point where commentators were discussing having the umpires rotate per session! :o
