Which gloves for 2012?
« on: November 04, 2011, 12:16:59 PM »

Right - my plan for 2012 was to use the kookaburra ice 850 gear. I know they are so last year, but I do like the colour and the style is nice (call me old school!)
But minor setback is that the 2 pairs of Ice 850 gloves are a little too snug and could do with OSM gloves really. The annoying thing is that I am comfortable wearing OSM or standard in pads, so the Ice 850 pads are fine!!
Therefore I've been looking for Ice 850 (or even 400) gloves in OSM but no luck. RD Sports listed them and a couple of other places but have since confirmed that they do not have them in OSM!! So I have a couple of options.....

I can look for another style of Kookaburra OSM gloves and use them with the Ice 850 pads? Would prefer them to match a little but it doesn't look hopeful!
But I will also be using my Morrant Ultralite Internationals which are plain - so in theory I could buy a couple of pair of any colour or style gloves in OSM and it wouldn't be the end of the World, as they would definitely match!

So questions to all you fellas would be...

- Does anyone have a pair of Ice gloves in OSM?
- Also, which 2012 gloves (available in OSM) are particularly lush and gorgeous?

Cheers chaps  8)

Get the Kookaburra R 900 gloves, they are the same as the 850's with some orange

Could always get the R 900 pads as well

Ps, the joker will be sent out today mate

Any links to pics of the SS gloves fella?
SS do lots of styles and seem to change them a lot, so just wanted to understand which ones you mean?

Cheers fella - I may drop them an email and ask if they definitely still have those in stock.
Now I'm looking at these Ice 850 at £51 and the new R900's which are actually cheaper!  :(
Hmmmm!

Nobes sports have kindly got back to me, and they don't have the Ice 850 gloves in stock.
So at the moment the Kookaburra R900 gloves are leading the pack!
I will be looking over the weekend, so if anyone has any more ideas or gloves that are gorgeous, then here is the place!

The new hunts county triumph gloves are quite kook-esque and I'm pretty sure they are available in OSM
